RAK Ceramics is one of the largest ceramics’ brands in the world. Specializing in ceramic and gres porcelain wall and floor tiles, tableware, sanitaryware and faucets, RAK Ceramics serve clients in more than 150 countries.

Our partnership with RAK Ceramics started with a social media challenge: review the existing social media channels infrastructure, suggest a new strategy and deliver ambitious followers’ growth return.

In addition, RAK Ceramics wanted to activate new national channels, as well as be more active on social media platforms, such as Pinterest, that were neglected in the past.

We started our work with an in-depth analysis of the current activity and a competitor/benchmark study. Our analysis underlined clear opportunities to develop new type of assets, and a richer content mix, aiming at reaching a higher engagement level.

Together with the management of RAK Ceramics we set ambitious targets for the first year of social media collaboration. Among this, we agreed on reaching 40,000 followers for the new UAE Instagram channel that was opened, which we over-delivered.

In addition to maintaining the social media organic communication for the UAE and Global accounts, we also took care of the KSA accounts. With a dedicated communication strategy and Arabic content, we target the local population and achieved impressive growth both in terms of engagement and followers.

During our partnership with RAK, we also take care of paid campaigns on social media. Our paid campaigns have different objectives: some are more ‘commercial’ and linked to specific offers or seasons, while others are aimed at supporting the organic followers growth.
